    Frequent issues

    Based on general underwriting practice, not a measured dataset:

    • Bank statements missing pages or account holder name
    • Unexplained large deposits
    • NOAs that don't match the T1 submitted
    • Expired ID
    • Gift letters without proof of funds transfer
